With BABY STEPS, you will never be asked to commit financially without first being given the opportunity to view information on available donors or surrogates and make your selection.  Quite simply, we feel that if we don't have the egg donor or surrogate you seek, you should be free to move forward with your search instead of being financially "tied" to our agency.  We also offer an innovative service to couples seeking a surrogate mother but not wanting to pay the high agency fees that accompany such a service.
